Pre-Order & Back-Order Policy

We are happy to offer reservation services for high-demand and upcoming products. You can identify these items by the "Pre-Order" button or the "Notify When Available" link, which will include estimated arrival dates.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are advance purchases for items scheduled to ship at a future date. This reserves the stock exclusively for you.

  • Option 1: Order directly via our website and pay in full at checkout.
  • Option 2: Email order@markerpop.com with your list to pay a 50% deposit. The balance will be charged when the items arrive.
Cancellation Policy: Because these items are purchased specifically for you, cancelled pre-orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Refunds are issued as Store Credit only.

Back-Orders

For best-selling items temporarily out of stock, you may reserve them for delivery as soon as they return to our warehouse.

  • Check the product description for a specific "Available on: MM/DD/YYYY" date.
  • Once in stock, back-ordered items ship within 24 hours.
  • Payment is processed immediately at the time the order is placed.

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Manufacturer Delays: We are not responsible for manufacturer delays. Expected dates may shift up to 60 days. If an item is discontinued, a full store credit will be issued.
  • Combined Shipments: If your order contains both in-stock and pre/back-order items, we will wait to ship everything together. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
  • Free Shipping: Our free shipping policy applies to single, complete shipments only. Multiple shipments of a single order may incur additional fees.
