Processing & Shipping
  • All "In-Stock" items will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the time your order is placed or payment is received excluding weekends and holidays. Your order must not include the pre-order or back-order item(s). If it does, our team will follow our pre-order and back-order policy. Standard or Rush shipping service will still have the same handling time which is 1-3 business days. Holiday season handling time can exceed 5 business days. 
  • Our preferred carrier for shipping within the United States is the United States Postal Service (www.USPS.com) and United Parcel Service (www.UPS.com).
  • Insurance is Available Upon Request - Shipping Insurance is an option a buyer should consider when paying as the seller is Not Responsible for Lost or Damaged Packages due to the shipping carrier.
  • Shipping to an address different from your Billing Address - We will only ship your order to the billing address. If for any reason, the shipping address is different from the billing address additional verification will be required. Due to this reason, your order will be put on hold and our staff will contact you within 24-48 business hours.
  • PLEASE NOTE: All orders will only be processed once our credit card processing company advises us that the transaction has been completed. This will take up to 24-48 business hours. If for any reason you would like to expedite this process please call us during our business hours at 714.249.1222 so that our staff can assist you in verifying your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders that do qualify for Free Shipping will receive Value Shipping Services:

  • UPS Surepost Delivery time of 4-12 business days for the 48 states.
    But in many cases depending on shipping carrier processing time packages can be delivered within 3-6 business days.
  • USPS First Class Delivery time of 3-10 business days for the 48 states.
  • Value Shipping & Standard Shipping Service Delivery time of 1-4 weeks for AK, HI, GUAM, & PR.
  • Free Value Shipping applies to U.S. Addresses only.
  • Free Shipping applies to the value of the merchandise only, excluding tax & shipping.
  • No other promotional code can use with this purchase unless stated otherwise Free Shipping will be void.

Free Shipping Orders over $60 or more MUST ONLY include the following type of products: Markers, Pens, Stamps, Dies, Stencils, and Embellishments.

Free Shipping Orders over $95 or more on our entire site regardless of product type. 

Orders under $95 will be charged one flat shipping fee:

  • $6.50 for Value Shipping Service Delivery time of 4-12 business days for the 48 states (USPS First Class or UPS Surepost).
  • $18.50 for Rush Shipping service delivered within 2-5 business days.
  • An additional shipping fee will incur if you have purchased an oversized product. Please review the product description for further information.

    Where's my package? If your package was scanned delivered by the courier and you have not received the package please follow the steps below:

    1. Please check with your household member. Through our experience, many times the package(s) has been brought in by a family member. 
    2. Speak to your postman or contact your local post office. 
    3. Contact our team within 7 days from the scanned delivery date from the courier so our team can further assist you.

    International Buyer Shipping & Handling

    In compliance with the Copic manufacturer, Too Corporation, we may only ship the Copic line to addresses in North America, the Caribbean islands, and the Hawaiian Islands, not including Oahu. Only Non-Copic products will be shipped internationally.

    If you continue to place an order, we will cancel your order and a 3% transaction fee will be charged to your credit card.  Therefore, please do not order if you are not in North America, the Caribbean islands, and the Hawaiian Islands, not including Oahu.

    Even though we cannot provide our international buyers with free shipping service, we will only charge our international buyers actual shipping fees that we are charged by USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS. No More No Less. No Handling Charges on any Order.

    All international orders over $300 will require additional verification and we can only ship to the billing address.

    International buyers, please remember that MarkerPop.com is not responsible for your country's customs/taxes and import regulations. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, the duty of their country, and the address they provided to us. Once a package reaches your country it will be processed and handled by the foreign Customs for an appropriate clearance process. Your package will then be delivered by the partnering local Post Office. Once again, please remember to check with your local customs office for details of your customs/taxes for the country you want the item to be shipped to. If you decide to refuse any shipments from MarkerPop.com, you are responsible for the original shipping cost to you, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to MarkerPop.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. 

    International Shipping Delivery Time:

    • USPS Priority Mail International - service delivered within 1-4 weeks.
    • USPS Express Mail International - service delivered within 1-2 weeks.

    Affordable International Shipping Option:

    1. $24.95 - $29.95 USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box/Envelope International - Deliver within 6-10 business days.

    • Insurance is NOT optional.
    • Tracking is NOT optional (buyer or seller can not get an update on where the package is currently at).
    • MarkerPOP is NOT responsible for loss or damage and delivery time can exceed 10 business days.
    • This will fit about 10-20 stamps/dies, 1 or 2 paper pads or lights or depending on the product size.

    2. $21.00 - $38.00 USPS First Class Mail International - Deliver within 1-8 weeks.

    • Insurance is NOT optional.
    • Tracking is NOT optional (buyer or seller can not get an update on where the package is currently at).
    • MarkerPOP is NOT responsible for loss or damage and delivery time can exceed 10 business days.
    • Shipping fee will depend on the weight of the package but you can expect to pay from $18 - $34. You will be able to purchase any product you want and not limit yourself to just stamps/dies as long it weighs under 4lbs.

    Returns

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your unused product in its original condition within 14 days for a refund (excluding Clearance, My Favorite Things, and Final Sale item(s)). Simply follow the guidelines below.

    Return Your Purchase

    • Please download and complete MarkerPOP's RMA form (https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1955/7305/files/New_MarkerPOP_RMA2024.pdf).
      Any products returned without requesting approval with MarkerPop.com will not be eligible for a refund. At this time, we do not accept the return of open-stock markers/pens.
    • Securely and carefully package the product(s) you wish to return or exchange as we will have to bill you for any missing materials/components.
    • Remember to include your information or our packing slip in your return package.
    • Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend UPS. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit to our warehouse.
    • A refund will be issued within 2-5 business days once we have received the product and upon passing our inspection. If for any reason, after our inspection it is found to be defective or untruth to your previous statement on the RMA, we will be unable to provide you with a refund. Returning this item to you will be at the customers’ expense
    • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

    Shipping & Handling fee is Non-Refundable as these are paid out to the shipping carrier. If you have received Free Shipping service from MarkerPop in addition to our return policy all returns will incur exact shipping costs and are subject to a $2.50 handling fee.
