100% Price Match Guarantee

We work hard to ensure our prices are the best. If you find a lower price on Copic or ShinHan Art products within 3 days of your purchase, let us know and we will provide a credit for your next order.

If we lower the price on our own site within 3 days of your order, we will also refund you the difference.

Policy Guidelines

• Stock Flexibility: We honor price matches even if a competitor is out of stock (single markers only).
• Authorized Dealers: Competitors must be established U.S. sites and authorized dealers.
• Fair Comparison: We compare the total delivered price, including shipping, handling, and taxes.
• Exclusions: Does not apply to auction sites (eBay), marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy), clubs, or clearance offers.
• Credit Terms: Differences are issued as store credit and cannot be combined with other discounts.
