Returns & RMA Policy

Return unused products in original condition within 14 days.

  • Exclusions: Clearance, Final Sale, and Open-Stock markers/pens/ink pads/refills.
  • Fees: A 15% restocking fee applies. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Return:
1. Download RMA Form.
2. Package securely and insure via UPS recommended.
