Processing & Shipping

• All "In-Stock" items will be shipped with in 1-4 business days from the time your order is placed or payment is received excluding weekends and holidays. Standard or Rush shipping service will still have the same handling time which is 1-4 business days.
• Our preferred carrier for shipping within the United States is the United States Postal Service (www.USPS.com) and United Parcel Service (www.UPS.com).
• Insurance is Available Upon Request - Shipping Insurance is an option a buyer should consider when paying as the seller is Not Responsible for Lost or Damaged Packages due to the shipping carrier.

Orders that do qualify for Free Shipping will receive Standard Shipping Service:

• USPS First Class Delivery time of 2-5 business days for the 48 states.
• Standard Shipping Service Delivery time of 5-10 business days for the 48 states.
• Standard Shipping Service Delivery time of 1-4 weeks for AK, HI, GUAM, &PR.
• Free Standard Shipping applies to U.S. Addresses only.
• Free Shipping applies to value of merchandise only, excluding tax & shipping.
• No other promotional code can use with this purchase unless stated otherwise Free Shipping will be void.

Orders under $75.00 will be charge one flat shipping fee:

• $6.50 for Standard Shipping service delivered within 5-10 business days.
• $13.50 for Rush Shipping service delivered within 2-5 business days.

Request of Expedited Service:

• Expedited Shipping Service - Promise to be delivered with in 1-2 business days. Please notate "Request of Expedited Shipping Service. Package need to arrive before______." in our Additional Comment Box during Checkout. Please remember that MarkerPop.com will charge an additional fee when we determine the final cost.

International Buyer Shipping & Handling

In compliance with the Copic manufacturer, Too Corporation, we may only ship the Copic line to addresses in North America, the Caribbean islands and the Hawaiian Islands, not including Oahu. Only Non-Copic product will be ship internationally.

If you continue to place an order, we will cancel your order and a 3% transaction fee will be charged to your credit card.  Therefore, PLEASE DO NOT place an order if you are not in North America, the Caribbean islands and the Hawaiian Islands, not including Oahu.

Even though we cannot provide our international buyers with free shipping service, we will only charge our international buyers actual shipping fees that we are charged by USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS. No More No Less. No Handling Charges on any Order.

International buyers please remember that MarkerPop.com is not responsible for your country's customs/taxes and import regulation. Once a package reaches your country it will be processed and handled by the foreign Customs for appropriate clearance process. Your package will then are delivered by the partnering local Post Office. Once again, please remember to check with your local customs office for details of your customs/taxes for the country you want the item to be shipped to. If you decide to refuse any shipments from MarkerPop.com, you are responsible for the original shipping cost to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to MarkerPop.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund . 

International Shipping Delivery Time:

• USPS Priority Mail International - service delivered within 1-4 weeks.
• USPS Express Mail International - service delivered within 1-2 weeks.

MarkerPop.com now accepts Visa, Mastercards, and PayPal (PayPal accept American Expres & Discover), the safer, easier way to pay online. Speed through checkout whenever you shop online. Plus, pay with your credit card without exposing your credit card number.

Coupon/Promo Code - You can enter our coupon or promo code on "My Cart" page (you can find it on the upper right hand corner) in Discount Codes box.  All Coupon/Promo codes need to be applied during checkout. If for any reason the code was not applied during checkout, any adjustments will be provided in a form of a credit voucher.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your unused product in its original condition within 14 days for a refund. Simply follow the guideline below.

Return Your Purchase

• Please download and complete MarkerPop's RMA (Download Form) . Any products returned without requesting an approval with MarkerPop.com will not be eligible for a refund.
• Securely and carefully package the product(s) you wish to return or exchange as we will have to bill you for any missing materials/components.
• Remember to include your information or our packing slip in your return package.
• Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend UPS. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit to our warehouse.
• A refund will be issued within 2-5 business days once we have received the product and upon passing our inspection. If for any reason, after our inspection it is found to be defective or untruth to your previous statement on the RMA, we will be unable to provide you with a refund. Returning this item to you will be at the customers’ expense
• A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all return.

• Shipping & Handling fee is Not Refundable as these are paid out to the shipping carrier. If you have receive Free Shipping service from MarkerPop in addition to our return policy all returns will incur exact shipping cost and subject to a $2.50 handling fee.

Exchanges

• Please download and complete MarkerPop's RMA (Download Form).
• All exchange will be process within 24-48 hours once we have received the package from the shipping carrier.
• Return Shipping fee and new shipping fee will be customers’ expense.
